PRENATAL & POSTNATAL TRAINING

 

Our FITgals are trained to work with expecting mamas and create a safe, healthy, and challenging workout.  We provide all modifications during pregnancy and incorporate a blend of yoga, pilates, and strength trainging.  We also love to do mommy and me (with the baby) postnatal workouts to make sure you bounce back quickly and learn ways to exercise with your little one.
