When I met Melissa I had just gotten engaged and knew I wanted to get toned and "tighten up" before the wedding.  Over the course of just a few short months, Melissa took me from a size 6 to a size 4 by training me in the comfort of my own living room!  She constantly came up with new exercises and routines that 1) kept our sessions from becoming monotonous, and 2) ensured we targeted muscles I didn't even know I had!  She is extremely knowledgeable as a trainer and health coach and when that's combined with her glowing personality - you can't help but look forward to the sessions with her.  Thank you Melissa for helping me feel gorgeous and confident on my wedding day!

For a long time my body was a result of many years of sitting at the desk, which meant stiff muscles and jiggly flesh.  Until I met Melissa.... Not only did my muscles and body get in shape, my entire attitude changed for the better.


Melissa is a wonderful and very talented trainer. Do not laugh, to be a good trainer it's like to be an artist-psychologist-doctor-friend at the same time. Very true!  She altered all exercises specifically for me and taught me how to incorporate healthier food choices.  She understood my goals and age group. So many times I had a pain from extensive sitting at work and she would show me how to stretch and it would take care of my problems. Unique!  All physical issues went away, consider, I am way after 50 and a cancer survivor.


The way Melissa understands and builds your exercise program and kitchen pantry is amazing! You wonder: "When did she get to know me so well?"  And she knows how to get the best out of you and make you work hard without suffering. She is a unique trainer and health coach. 


My husband and I have been with Melissa for almost 4 years, 3 times a week. As a result, we have hot bodies!! And this is all because and thanks to Melissa! 



I've always been a gym nut and in decent shape, but at age 40 I was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's lymphoma) and had to take over a year off for treatments and to recover.  When I finally was able to start working out again this past August, I was at least 35 pounds heavier from all the meds and from a year of inactivity, and I was in the absolute worst shape of my life. My fingers were so chunky I couldn't even wear my wedding wing.


After several months of busting my butt in the gym, I was still struggling to lose 10 pounds.  I first met with Melissa in early January; the changes she made to my diet were noticeable immediately - within one month (and no change in my workouts) I had lost 10 pounds, and the next month I lost another 10.  The best thing about Melissa's advice was that it never felt like work and it never felt like I was dieting or depriving myself of anything I wanted.  


I just turned 42 last week; my energy level is higher than it's ever been and I'm in the best shape of my life.  My wedding ring fits just fine again, and I can even fit into the same size jeans I wore way back in high school.  Thanks Melissa, I couldn't have done it without your help!


The doc was ecstatic to see that my heart rate was down to 44, and that my blood pressure was only 113/58 - he couldn't believe I was the same patient.  Anyone that knows me can't believe the difference from last year at this time, and people that don't know me can't believe I had cancer last year.



That juice detox was HARD, but I am SO HAPPY I did it!  I started the detox at 124lbs.  I now weight 118.  I can tell you that my acid reflux completely went away.  After it was over, I literally felt like a well-oiled machine.  The energy boost I was waiting for during the detox came after it was completed.  Now, as I reintroduce various foods into my system, I'm noting how it makes me feel.  I've already eliminated red meat from my diet (made me feel incredibly sluggish and rundown) and keep fruit and nuts by my desk everyday.  I also try to have a smoothie for a meal on my gym days.  Thanks again for putting this program together.  I feel great! 



Melissa helped me get in shape for my wedding.  Over a few months with sessions twice a week, she gave me a new perspective on how to exercise to get results.  Most of the time we used my own body weight in the exercises, so you can work out anywhere (especially important if you travel or don't have a convenient gym).  Melissa believes in working at least two muscle groups at the same time to get more "bang for your buck" out of the session.  I learned a ton of new moves, and Melissa never made me feel self-conscious or embarrassed for not doing something perfectly.  I lost 2” inches off of my waist, and even had nice tone arms that I had never seen before!  I felt beautiful and my dress fit on my wedding day, which was the goal, but now I regularly incorporate some of the moves I learned into my workouts.
